Pat Stacey founded Stacey Search Consulting, Inc., after spending more than 25 years working for AmLaw 100 and A-List firms in the New York and mid-Altantic areas. Pat has held director level positions in Recruiting and Professional Development and is keenly aware of the challenges involved in creating a successful growth strategy and/or finding a new position. Considered an expert in her field, she is sought out by law firms and candidates and handles all projects and searches personally.

During the course of more than 25 years, I have been involved in every aspect of law firm recruiting – summer associate programs to lateral partners, groups and firm acquisitions – and am keenly aware of the challenges involved at every level. Patricia M. Stacey, Esq. is the owner of Stacey Search Consulting, Inc., a search firm providing recruiting and related consulting services to candidates and law firms.
During her extensive career, Pat has held positions in Recruiting and Professional Development with several AmLaw 100 and A-List firms in the New York and Mid-Atlantic areas. She has counselled hundreds of lawyers needing career advice and has worked with numerous firms to design and implement their individual growth strategies. Pat generally recruits candidates in all practice areas and has a particularly strong background in Intellectual Property having spent 15 years with an intellectual property boutique in New York.
Pat received her B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Saint Peter’s College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
